Datavoice was engaged to install and commission over 35,000 IP end points consisting of Cisco Handsets, Headsets, Conference phones over a 10 month period across all Australian Taxation Office (ATO) sites nationally out of business hours.
Datavoice worked with Optus and the ATO for a strategic deployment that caused no day-to-day interruption to the workforce and provided comprehensive pre and post installation support with a floor-by-floor presence in attendance to assist with any queries resulting in a incident-free transition to a new platform.
Working under strict IT protocols and policies, Datavoice was able to successfully collaborate and deliver on a scale rarely seen in Australia.
