Epworth Healthcare
As part of the evolution of patient care, the Epworth Healthcare embarked on a complete upgrade and overhaul of their existing Patient Entertainment and Medical Records, by engaging Datavoice to assist with the installation, delivery and maintenance of their OneView platform across approximately 1400 beds.
This extensive project required all new infrastructure to be deployed commencing with Electrical services incorporating Body and Cardiac Protected power, Category 6a Structured cabling, articulated wall and ceiling mounted terminal arms along with extensive building works to ensure the installations were structurally sound. Datavoice was able to successfully complete all these works in an occupied hospital with minimal disruption to their patient care.
Datavoice’s current contract is to supply 24 x 7 onsite support and maintenance services commencing with software triage right through to terminal replacement and repair.
