Eye Surgery Associates (ESA) offers a range of medical and surgical eye specialist services, consultations and diagnostic testing at multiple sites throughout Melbourne, Victoria.
ESA previously had four separate on premise PABX systems with basic, but ineffective, networking between the sites. Site-to-site failover was required, as was effective remote or alternative working location capabilities.
Datavoice was engaged to supply, install, configure and maintain an NEC Univerge Blue UCaaS solution, allowing staff to work from anywhere via apps, with or without handsets, as required.
The UCaaS platform provides both historic reports and real time displays, enabling greater visibility and insight. Datavoice’s vast UC experience and focus on service has resulted in delivery of a solution for ESA that fulfils their business objectives.
